Sacramento Compassionate Center Inc.

We provide a clearinghouse for direct, personalized service by volunteers from area churches of various denominations.  We assists low-and middle-income families in meeting needs which cannot be met by existing community service agencies.  We makes referrals to services not available through the clearinghouse.  

 

All requests for help are analyzed and verified for need.

 

A wide array of assistance in the form of donated food, furniture, household and personal goods, including personal care and clothing to meet basic needs.  Other services such as simple home/yard maintenance and transportation may be arranged, depending on the skills and availability of volunteers.
